Medical Membership Plans start at just $99 per month. For specific procedures like Moh's Surgery, the set fees are $2000 for 2 layers or less and $2750 for 3 layers or more for cash pay. For members, the set fees are $1750 for 2 layers or less and $2250 for 3 layers or more.
